Base portarelè (zoccolo) a marchio Vetus, per il montaggio a innesto del relè ausiliario STM9050 (12V 40A monopolare) sui motori diesel marini DT44, DT66, DET44, DET66, DTA44, DTA66, DETA44, DETA66 e sulla serie M2.02, M2.04, M2.06, M2.C5, M2.D5, M3.09. La base si fissa al pannello o al cablaggio dell’impianto elettrico motore e permette di inserire ed estrarre il relè senza dover scollegare i singoli cavi, semplificando le operazioni di sostituzione in caso di guasto. Va sostituita in caso di ossidazione dei contatti, rottura dei terminali o gioco eccessivo che comprometta il contatto elettrico con il relè innestato. Componente economico ma importante per l’affidabilità del circuito di avviamento e comando motore.

The socket is fixed to the panel or engine wiring harness and allows the relay to be plugged in and removed without disconnecting the individual wires, simplifying replacement in the event of a fault. It should be replaced if the contacts become oxidised, the terminals break, or there is excessive play that compromises the electrical contact with the plugged-in relay. An inexpensive but important component for the reliability of the engine starting and control circuit.
