Tubo per acqua di raffreddamento a marchio Vetus, diametro interno 51 mm, in gomma EPDM con inserto in tessuto sintetico e spirale in acciaio: indicato per il circuito di raffreddamento ad acqua di mare dei motori marini di maggiore cilindrata, dalla presa a mare al filtro/pompa acqua e nei tratti tra motore e scambiatore di calore o keel cooler. Adatto sia in aspirazione che in mandata, con compatibilità acqua dolce e salata e resistenza a tutti i fluidi refrigeranti tipici di bordo. L’anima in acciaio a spirale mantiene la sezione del tubo aperta anche in curva e sotto aspirazione, evitando schiacciamenti e conseguenti perdite di portata alla pompa. Pressione massima di esercizio 2,5 bar, raggio di curvatura minimo 77 mm, temperatura di esercizio da -30°C a +120°C. Venduto a taglio, prezzo al metro lineare; fornito da Vetus in bobine da 20 metri.
Vetus cooling water hose, 51 mm internal diameter, EPDM rubber with synthetic fabric inlay and steel spiral reinforcement: suitable for the raw water cooling circuit of larger-displacement marine engines, from the seacock to the strainer/water pump and in the runs between engine and heat exchanger or keel cooler. Suitable for both suction and pressure, compatible with salt and fresh water and resistant to all common onboard coolants. The steel spiral inlay keeps the hose bore open even around bends and under suction, preventing collapse and the resulting loss of flow to the pump. Maximum working pressure 2.5 bar, minimum bending radius 77 mm, operating temperature from -30°C to +120°C. Sold cut to length, price per linear metre; supplied by Vetus in 20-metre coils.
